Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Input suppliers invoices into accounting system, matching purchase invoices to supplier’s statement of accounts and purchase orders to invoices
- Checking sales data imported from POS system
- Do necessary adjustment on daily sales
- Issuing sales order, proforma invoice and tax invoice
- Updating bank account balances
- Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time
- Input accounting data into accounting system with speed and accuracy
Requirements:
- Possess certificate in LCCI, CAT, and Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Possess good communicating skills and able to work with different level of people in the organization
