Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly Gross Turnover Reports
- Checking of POS daily sales report
- Process refund if there is overcharge
- Issue invoices and monthly billing
- Follow up payments & updating payments
- Reconciliation of petty cash
- Bank Reconciliation
- Create new customer card
- Assist in timely month end closing for Accounts Receivable function
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Possess certificate in LCCI, CAT, and Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
- Possess good communicating skills and able to work with different level of people in the organization
