Job Description

Finance Executive AP&AR
  • Salary: RM2700 – RM3500
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days
  • Location: Senai, Johor Bahru  
Job Scope:
• Check and verify purchase invoices to ensure that all procedures are adhered to before posting and payment processing with timeliness
• Generate, process vendors payments and ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
• To reconcile accounts payable transactions against vendors SOA on monthly basis.
• To maintain proper filing systems of payment documents
• Process staff claim by verifying supporting document and staff entitlement, ensure timely and accurate staff disbursement
• To ensure all transactions in AP have been approved and taken into accounts timely and accurately for closing purpose.
• Providing general administrative support.
• Other ad-hod duties as assigned
• Create and take action on month-end accounts payable reports
• Analyse transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
• Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer
• Coordinate and maintain records of all fiscal documents with appropriate support and official Documents.
• Review and Process claim, expense and travel expense Reports for accuracy and completeness through paper submission.
• Maintain and distribute petty cash and maintain the General journals including cash receipts and cash disbursements, ensuring accuracy and keeping.
• Coordinate with Accounting Manager and AP Team for weekly Check Run.
• Support day-to-day operations relating to Banking activities.
• Serves as back-up for preparing Daily and Weekly payment report   
• At least 1-2 years' working experience in accounting & administrative field
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word
• Well versed in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
