Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities

Carry out daily finance and accounting tasks according to company standard and procedure in timely and diligent manner.

1. To prepare full set of accounts, including month-end closing for the company and subsidiary
2. Do cash posting transaction using company accounting tools accurately and in timely manner
3. Process employee expenses claims according to the company standard
4. Carry out AP and GL tasks in a timely manner
5. To support and provide information required by the Chief Accountant in liaising with Auditors, Tax and Secretarial personnel requirement.
6. To ensure transparency and reliability of the figures in the accounting books
7. All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

• Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/LCCI/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Familiar with computerized accounting software preferably SAP.
• Proficient in MS Excel is a must
• Effective communicator at all level
• Minimum 1year working experience in handling full set of accounts including monthly and yearly closing
