Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage an accounting team for full spectrum of day-to-day financial and accounting activities.
- Responsible for all accounting procedures, system upgrade, monthly and annual budgets, debtors/creditors control.
- Ensure timely closing with proper schedules and submission of monthly and yearly financial report for management review.
- Cash flow management.
- Handle statutory audit / taxation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
- Monitor and review management account of an overseas subsidiary.
- Responsible for SST return (1 manufacturing company) and GST return (1 trading company in Singapore) submission.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretary, tax and legal advisors and other regulators.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field. Experience in external auditing will be an added advantage.
- Required skills : AutoCount accounting and proficient in MS Excel.
- Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Preferably Manager specialised in Finance - General/Costing Accounting or equivalent.
- Must be able work at Simpang Renggam, Johor.
