Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Holding & subsidiaries' finance and accounts matter
- Collating, preparing, analyze and interpreting reports, budget, variance analysis and Financial Statement to top management including details Stock analysis, Sales target performance etc
- Prepare and managing budget, cash flow and trade line of the companies
- Review and implement internal control and data flow system to enhance the efficiency of company operation.
- Understand, rectify, improve and monitor ways of handling Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy of costing
- Handle, review and recommend actions on companies’ insurance matter
- Advise and handle on tax related issue
- Supervising accounts’ staff and undertaking investigation to improve efficiency on work flow
- Co-operate with other HOD to improve companies' operation systems
- Participate in business plan and company strategic. Understand pricing, competitors and other factors that affecting company profitability and operation, and advise on actions to be taken
- Liaise with Bankers, Lawyers and government authorities
- Liaise with Auditor, Secretary and Tax Advisor
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant of MIA, local or any International Accountant Bodies
- Similar position at least 5 years period
- Preferable with Audit experiences
- Candidate from foods related industry is an added advantage
- Task oriented and able to meet dateline set by top management
