Job Description
Job Scope:
- Manage and lead team members in your area.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of all packing and sorting processes and production equipment.
- Resolves major problems in scheduling changes, equipment utilization, and personnel requirements.
- Coordinates with sales personnel with regard to customer orders, routing, specifications to ensure high quality products consistent with profit goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all product is built in the most efficient way.
- Ensure that all orders are filled within an acceptable lead time.
- Work with supervisors and managers in your area to accomplish goals.
- Learn and understand all of our key manufacturing processes (fruits sorting, task arrangement, goods receiving, goods transfers & quality control)
- Learn and understand all of our systems and procedures regarding management, quality control, and ISO22000.
- Participate and lead improvement projects ranging from 5S, ISO22000, process improvement and development, process and procedure documentation.
- Lead and manage new worker, including training, mentoring, guiding, and disciplining. Know and understand discipline policies and procedures, job responsibilities, cross training and employee growth
- Implementation of visual management for all raw materials and finished goods
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working experience in management area is an advantage.
- Possess strong leadership, positive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Good interpersonal skills with planning and organizational ability
- Motivate toward career growth and learning.
- Must be able to work under pressure.

In terms of supply, JEKO primarily supply fruits to overseas, Singapore's supermarket and hypermarket. While in local market, JEKO sells fruits to end consumers through 2 outlets which located at S’MART Market and @’MART Market.
