Job Description
Requirements:
- Have regional sales experience in Asean / Asia region
- At least 5 years of managerial experience handling Sales Executives / Key Account Managers.
- Exposure to metal industries sales would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:-
- Define, develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve the Company's sales, market share, growth and other strategic objectives.
- Manage the team to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve KPIs.
- Assess the team’s capability and resources; to make recommendations for further improvement.
- Periodic visits to existing and potential customers is expected.
- High potential for career growth for the right candidate.

BAHRU STAINLESS SDN BHD is a Spanish Stainless Steel Manufacturing Group, World major producer of Stainless Steel. It is located at Tanjung Langsat (Pasir Gudang), Johor (approx. 140 Ha @ 350 acres of land), which is perfectly communicated by land & sea.
This stainless steel production plant is constructed with high efficiency criteria, similar to those of North American Stainless in Ghent (Kentucky - USA), owned by ACERINOX Group.
The plant is constructed in successive stages and in the last one it will be an integrated stainless steel production plant, with a melting capacity of 1 million MT/ year and 600,000 MT/ year of cold rolled production.
