Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Execute, attend and manage all properties sales enquiries and launches
- Manage, implement and monitor all promotional activities and ensuring all activities within approved budget
- Execute, manage and monitor all developer’s license and advertising permits
- Conduct market survey on market trends for improvement of customer satisfaction, customer retention, branding campaigns and marketing communication programs
- To coordinate all documentation pertaining to sale & purchase agreement, loan agreement and assignment
- Liaison with solicitors, bankers and purchaser until completion of sales documentation
- Responsible for all sales / after sales functions such as provide customer service to customer, attend to walk-in prospective buyers’ enquiries and needs
- To manage, update and maintain all purchasers’ records
Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in property development in similar position
- Hands-on with sales credit administration & sales and marketing functions
- Hard working, meticulous, well mannered and pleasant personality
- Team oriented, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
