Job Description
What does your role look like?
A) Business & Corporate Relations:
Business Partnerships/ Collaboration activities & Demand Marketing
- Attract new and nurture existing business relationships with investors to identify new business opportunities and generate quality B2B or B2C leads for Sunway Property as well as to follow ups for deal closure.
- Plan, propose and organise publicity, business and events of the township
- Coordinate activities and joint initiatives, negotiated with the internal and external business partners for it to be held within the township
B) Leasing:
Commercial, Office, Retail & Others- Identify and build an effective relationship with tenants, prospects, real estate agents to promote assigned developments for occupancy retention and growth
- Manage all commercial, office, retail and other leasing related matters
- Prepare, update and maintain all leasing documentations
- Conduct market, competitor’s research and customer surveys to keep abreast of commercial, office, and retail property development in the market
- Assist manager to plan the tenancy mix and expand the current tenant and prospects database
Who are we looking for:
- Candidates with at least 2 years working experience
- Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology or, equivalent
- Individuals who are energetic, stakeholder-centric and proactive to make things happen
- Having experience in leasing in the real estate industry is an added advantage
