Job Description
Job Purpose
- Manage and provide HR consultation and support to designated business unit/group to communicate, define & execute HR strategies & resolve HR related issues that enable accomplishment of business objectives.
- Become the point of resolution for HRM prcoesses which include Organization & Job Design, Talent Development, Employee Mobility, Career Progression, Employee Performance Management and matters pertaining to Compensation & Employee Relations in line with company's HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in General HR scopes. Candidate with proven experience in Employee Relation & Industrial Relation is a must.
