Job Description
- Keep proper accounting records and update cash book and bank reconciliations.
- To assist in preparing full set accounts during month end and year end closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly accounting.
- Check and update all unpaid bills and Contractor claims into Account Payable System in order to ensure that all new contracts awarded, VO and Final A/C been updated to AP.
- Perform Account Payable activities to ensure that the payment of suppliers are made on time.
- To ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing special reports required by the Management.
- To carry out any other work as required and authorized by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in related industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Pro-active and a team player.
- Good knowledge of concepts in advanced mathematics, accounting standards and statistics.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Work location based at Johor Bahru.
