Job Description
This is a Finance Shared Service Role who will be responsible for a wide variety of finance-related tasks that are primarily associated with preparing financial records and providing back end support to ensure the accuracy for all relevant financial transaction record.
Job Responsibilities
General Ledger
- Assist monthly closing
- Prepared monthly Journal Voucher based on the computation from working file such ah prepayment, Accrual, etc.
- Prepared new fixed asset registeration and depreciation for monthly activities
- Responsible for Interco transaction and Interco balance in monthly basis
- Computation all related figure such as sales, cost, purchase, inventory from retail pharmacy and update to the system
- Assist Bank reconciliation for all activities bank
- Computation for Monthly tax estimation
- Monthly SST computation
- Computation Hire Purchase and adjustment based on complete working file
Account Receivable
- To prepare final recon for all daily counter collection and submit to division head for review
- To prepared IGB transaction reconciliation
- To check and post Sales Batch including all relevant sales transaction (MBB/ OCBC)
- Prepared and review Weekly HIS and counter checking report
- Review daily recon in weekly basic
- Prepared CCB weekly report
- Prepared all related Interco sales invoice and submit to interco relevant party
- Prepared Unapplied receipt report for CRC in monthly basic
- Prepared aging in monthly basic
- Assist DCCR
Account Payable
- Check and posting all stock code purchase
- Prepared all Hire purchase payment auto debit in system
- Assist in AP transaction
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance related field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with Malaysia financial policies, accounting regulations, and related tax regulation
- Possess strong analytical skills, ability to make quick decision and achieve deadlines
- Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
