1) Site Services Contract Management
Implement customer contracts by coordinating customer contract management activities including forecasting and driving the business processes exercise to execute contract obligations, mitigating contractual issues and customer feedback, reporting internally and to clients according to specific reporting requirements/clauses outlined in contracts, responding to requests for interpretation of Site Services Agreement and other related agreements and managing customer loyalty and satisfaction to ensure contractual obligations are met and protection of business interests within the contractual relationships.

2) Key Performance Review
Analyze and enforce the execution of key commercial parameters review such as timeliness and number of complaints by facilitating key performance review sessions as per Site Services Agreement and in compliance with the Limits of Authority (LOA) & statutory requirements and providing solutions for disputes & discrepancies to ensure that PRPC cost exposure is capped as per contract and any cost inefficiency is recovered.

Study and examine all aspects of Site Services operation, applicable law & regulation by analyzing contract and relevant law & regulations and providing solutions in order to mitigate risk & exposure to PRPC during the performance of Site Services Agreement. Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally in accordance to the interpretation of the contract.

Qualification / Experience Required :
• Possess Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Background in Information Technology, Science and/or Engineering is an added advantage
• Possess 5 to 10 years’ working experience in relevant field, with 5 years’ working experience in oil and gas pipeline industry and/ or knowledge in hydraulic simulation, measurement, pipeline, data management is an added advantage
