Job Description


  • Guide and supervise Account Receivable Team.
  • Ensure subordinate complete their daily task on time and all collection is completely received.
  • Highlight the problem notice and provide suggestions to related department for improvements.
  • Check and approve the Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Payment Voucher before submit for payment authorisation.
  • Check and guide subordinate to perform Account Receivable Aging Check and follow up the sales income, stores counter shortage and over issue, Sales Data, etc.
  • Approve ledger entries after auditing the transaction posting.
  • Prepare Sales or Other Income received report and any related Account Receivable Report for weekly and monthly management meeting.
  • Support annual audit by providing the list and information as per request.


  • Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent.
  • 3 years experience in account receivable.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Willing to work at Jementah, Johor.
