Job Description

1. Provide internal technical and functional support to the ERP user and system.
2. Work as primary contact between the user and ERP vendor.
3. Proactively identify technology and system issues, research and recommend solutions, collect and document business needs, and translate them into proposals and technical requirements.
4. Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in tools, training, processes and reporting.
5. Work with system user closely to ensure operational consistency.
6. Assist in developing application version upgrade roadmap.

Candidate should have:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science and or related discipline.

2. At least 2 years working experience in ERP environment.

3. Work experience in manufacturing organization is preferred.

4. Understanding of the Oracle ERP technical architecture and some of the common integrations with internal system.

5. Experienced and having solid knowledge of the underlying architecture of Oracle EBS Supply Chain (OM, Inventory, BOM, PO etc), OPM, OPM Quality, WMS applications implementations and support.

Formerly we known as Bakawali Sdn Bhd which change to Nyan Kids (M) Sdn Bhd in year 2009, in line with the restructuring of the business trends.  Since year 2009, we have shifted our production and manufacturing to oversea factories, located in Cambodia - Phnom Penh and Vietnam - Dong Nai.  The headquarter office located in light industry area of Taman Universiti, Johor mainly to provide management service to our oversea factory.

Our production factory located in Cambodia and Vietnam to produce final baby clothing for export to America, Europe and Australia.
