Job Description

1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects, looking for solutions to problems, keep a project running and complete on time.
2.  Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
3. Perform overall control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
4. Cooperate and communicate effectively with immediate manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
5. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
6.  Analyze, develop and implement strategies to optimize the production efficiency by minimizing down time and production wastage.
7. Analyze, develop and implement strategies to optimize quality of products and implement continual improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Other task as assigned by Management from time to time.
