Jobs Description:
- Grow and manage digital sales on China platforms.
- Creating innovative ways to increase both sales traffic and conversion
- Creating and implementing sales activities through social media platforms.
- Responding to customer inquiries, feed backs and complaints.
- Assists and implementing seasonal marketing strategies and annual marketing plan on ecommerce including designing poster or video.
- Immerse in Digital Marketing trends and brainstorm creatively for marketing strategies with the team.
- Responsible for online customer service.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (important) as you will work daily with our China colleague and China platform managers online and operate China based eCommerce platform.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Google documents, Excel
