Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide support to retail, fit-out and project on tenancy related matters
- To prepare and produce tenancy related plan
- To develop preliminary sketches, layout and detail drawings using AutoCAD
- To assist project team and any other work as directed
- To carry out site inspection to ensure tenancy plans are accurate
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company
Any other duties reasonably required of you from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Architecture or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in
draughting - Knowledge in AutoCAD is essential
- Well verse in organizing and drawing documentation
- Knowledge of architectural and M & E detail drawing
- Pleasant and professional disposition, energetic and willingness to learn and help others
- Ability to handle drawing independently
- Ability to deliver drawing within tight deadlines and with minimal guidance
- Ability to work with a team
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
