Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to delivery and orders.
- Prepare shipping documents
- To manage customer complaints in a professional manner, taking appropriate corrective action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re- occurrence of customer complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 year of relevant working experience.
- Preferably with some related experience in a trucking environment.
- General knowledge on logistics and freight forwarding businesses.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess good interpersonal and customer relations skills
