Job Description
•Project scheduling; establishing delivery time and tracking Responding to customer questions/ complaints and follow- up with plant personnel as needed
• Project pricing/ provide quotes to customers
• Follow-up and confirmation of orders
• Able to manage 5 to 10 customers with wide range of products per customer. Maintain customer files, Process new orders and Record and distribute customer order changes
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability & process new orders and follow-up and confirmation of orders.
• Additional duties as assigned by management
• Able to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of your control
• The ability to respond effectively to pressure and stress working environment.
• Basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure and compute rates, ratios, percentages and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions and volumes.
• Multitasking ability to solve various problems and deal with a variety of situations in which little detail or standardization exists.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Application knowledge of computer data entry and knowledge of products and production processes.
