- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player.
- Knowing Zendesk system is an additional advantage.
- Service our customers via email, call and chat.
- Direct communicate with customer on enquiry.
- Coordinate customers order processing, enquiries, complaints, etc.
- Liaison with operation department to execute delivery according to the deadline of orders.
