Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Order handling from the point of order received to deliver arrangement and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer and sales personnel
- Follow-up closely with relevant departments on out-standing orders to meet customer request date
- To prepare delivery documents and provide accurate information to customer on the status of delivery
- Follow-up on delivery date of orders to ensure order to delivery performance is met
- Attend to customer’s enquiry, directing the enquiry to appropriate channel
- Ability to maintain and monitor internal controls and flow of documents and documents are filed in orderly manner
- Supporting sales team pertaining to sales activities & customer service
- To prepare filing, quotation and documentation work task.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Required skill (s): MS Office.
- Possess good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Good analytical / planning skills, willing to learn and strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet tight reporting deadlines, self-motivated, responsible and minimum supervision.
- Applicants must Malaysian citizens.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work at Batu Pahat.
- Salary package negotiable based on experiences
