Job Description
- A Stable and Reputable Manufacturer (MNC) is looking for a Sales Admin / Logistics Officer / Customer Service Executive in Johor Bahru now.

- Respond and handle customers’ enquiries
- Assist with order processing and follow up with all pending shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading.
- Monitor and update inventory stock.
- Plan restock and shipments based on demand, sales reports and customers’ orders.
- Coordinate with transport companies to facilitate an efficient and timely delivery schedule.
- Follow up with freight forwarders and shipping companies for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or above in any field.
- Required skills: customer, planning, supplier, shipment, sales, freight forwarding, planning, inventory and stock management.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Cemerlang,Tampoi, Senai, Johor Bahru.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 3 Full-Time positions available.
