(a) Project Customer Service
- To monitor defect rectification work by third party contractor and monitor status of work is done at intervals periods.
- To update and inform purchasers/house owner on status of rectification work and to issue letter of completion of rectification work.
- To arrange appointment with Purchasers for joint examination and physical relinquishment of the property.
- To record all complaints and forward for more action.
- To ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to purchasers
- Generate monthly report based on the customer complaints
- To compile analysis and follow up defect complaints for corrective and preventive action for future development.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all purchasers & ensure customer satisfaction
(b) Property Management
- Able to resolve potential neighborhood disputes and handle residents’ complaints
- To ensure repairs and maintenance are carried out, grass cutting, and the neighborhood remains aesthetically appealing.
- To ensure surrounds garden and landscape are well maintained
- Update,on all aspects of billing and accounts are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Recording and managing of all Residents complaints/concerns/issues in the building;
- Manage and complete all necessary setting for meetings and event as requested by MC;
- Supervise other property management staff who are on duty in the premises, including security and cleaning services;
