Job Description

1.Prepare customer sales orders, local stock transfers, sample request, and action change requests to meet lead time and cost considerations.

2. Process export shipment sales orders, co-ordination of shipping documents between customer and shipping department, monitoring of customer shipment schedules, sample request, liaison with Quality department for on-hold/resort stocks and liaison with Warehouse to ensure goods are loaded on time.

3. Handling of import shipment which includes liaison with Planning Manager on quantity ordered and shipment arrival are as per delivery schedule, liaison with supplier for shipment schedule, shipping & bank documentations.

4. Create and administer stock supply allocations as directed.

5. Engage and communicate with customers on order arrangements.

6. Maintain updated customer profiles to reflect current business processes and keep the Account Manager informed of any anomalies.

7. Acknowledge and record service failures in the customer complaint system. Identify and communicate sustainable preventative actions to management.

8. Follow operational procedures and processes in support of a cohesive and effective team environment and to improve productivity and efficient delivery of orders to customers.

Requirements

1.Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Management.

2. Core Skills: Good Communication Skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia include Writing.

3. Experience: Min 3 years customer service experiences only in manufacturing line.

4. IT Literacy: Familiar with SAP system, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Intermediate)

5.Personality: Approachable, team player, positive attitude, can do attitude, proactive and customer centric.
