Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales administration function and coordinate orders between customers and internal departments.
- Ensure customers’ order are being process based on the given timeline.
- Issue invoice, delivery order, packing list, credit note and debit note.
- Forward EC Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Instruction Manuals and Certificate of analysis to related departments.
- Arrange courier shipping for product sample, catalogues, and documents to customer.
- Arrangement for goods delivery on truck or container with forwarder services or transport services.
- Follow up on status of goods delivery.
- Efficiently attend / close follow up on company sales & services queries.
- Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.
Requirements:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Strong in administrative paperwork and detailed oriented.
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Able to communicate well in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Administrative Management / Business Administration.
