Handling inbound calls, email, chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
Salary: RM 7000 - RM 9000
Schedule: Rotational shift
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
✓ Must be Native Japanese and is based or willing to work in Malaysia.
✓ The candidate must have proper Keigo skills. Must at least need to understand the differences between Sonkei-go, Kenjo-go and Teinei-go.
✓ No experience required for Bachelor's Degree holder.
✓ 5 - 7 years Customer Service experience for candidates with SPM, Diploma/Associate Degree.
