Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive image, brand, and reputation of the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls related to return material request, product samples, order referrals, etc
- Monitor product order to shipment to ensure on-time delivery to store.
Requirements:
- SPM and above
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess great communication, persuasive speaking and service skills.
- Adaptability, self-discipline, and responsible.
- Willing to work in Jementah, Segamat.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
