Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Branch Manager in sales, gross profit and asset / merchandize management of the showroom
  • Ensure overall transaction of the showroom is tally
  • Prepare and submit reports timely
  • Involve / participate in marketing and other promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance to all established standard operating procedures and policies
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints
  • Meet daily and monthly target for loan and purchase back
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Good in numbers and calculation would be preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and customer oriented
  • Able to work as a team
  • Persons with experience in banking processes are encouraged to apply
