Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Branch Manager in sales, gross profit and asset / merchandize management of the showroom
- Ensure overall transaction of the showroom is tally
- Prepare and submit reports timely
- Involve / participate in marketing and other promotional activities
- Ensure compliance to all established standard operating procedures and policies
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Meet daily and monthly target for loan and purchase back
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Good in numbers and calculation would be preferred
- Computer literate
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and customer oriented
- Able to work as a team
- Persons with experience in banking processes are encouraged to apply
