Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Work with customers on quality objectives and goals to meet their demands for Quality
- Use 8D methodology and other QC techniques to drive for corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement
- Co-ordinates and manages customers' audit in the factory
- Conduct periodical audits to validate corrective and preventive actions submitted to the customers
- Attend customer quality review meetings via teleconferencing or face to face on site
- Provide site quality support to customers
- Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve customer product related issues
- Participate in ISO 9001 and TIATF 16949 Quality Management System audits
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the QA/QC related field is desirable
- Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels with the organization, suppliers and customers
- Posses good communication and analytical skills
- Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
- Able to travel when necessary
