Job Description
- Computation of actual costing and estimate costing/quotation
- Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and estimate costing / quotation
- Providing the Management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting contribution margin
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports
- Calculate standard rates for labor and overhead, and discussing with Operations on hours usage for efficiency purpose
- Calculate finished goods and work in progress costing, and analyze variances and margins by product, making strategic suggestions to the management for process improvement
- To check and monitor BOM, maintain standard costs, selling price, product structures and costing month end closing
- Coordinate monthly physical stock count, review and prepare stock variances report
- Perform monthly closing activities including preparation of costing related journal vouchers
