Responsibility
● Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience in the region
● Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
● Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction
● Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles
Requirements
● Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Hands-on and a positive attitude
● Team player, with a high level of energy
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Emotional intelligence and Assertive
