Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand by performing stock counting.
• Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock counting, variance analysis.
• Inventory reconciliation between system and physical.
• Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned by management / superior.
• To oversee and monitor operation assistant (Blue Collars) performance.
Job Requirements: 
• Have a detailed understanding of fast pace, high volume warehouse operations and Warehouse Management System
• Competent in Microsoft office and especially of WMS system
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a demanding and customer dynamic working environment
• Possess skills to work with large and complex data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
• With in-house processes knowledge is preferred
• Diploma and above in Logistics / Inventory Management related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experiences in related business sense.
