The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site including warehousing, customer service + administration in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. The Site Manager will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- To lead, plan, organize, staff, + direct all office + warehouse activities at the site.
- To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
- To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people (KPI).
- To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating at a site level.
- To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds their productivity targets.
- To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
- To ensure that everyone involved in distribution activities deliver the right transport solutions.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and resolve problem.
