Job Description
In this full time job you are required to support one of the biggest language translation services company based in US (with over 240 languages) to facilitate conversations between 2 or more parties in general business calls or specific industries with 2 languages : English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) because you have to communicate with Mandarin or Cantonese speakers. You will be working with team members, all based at home. Training will be provided for incumbent. Requirement :
- Compulsory Language Proficiency: English AND Mandarin/Cantonese Language (Advance Level)
- Good Communications skills. Able to speak in both languages fluently,
- Possess work experience related to customer service / marketing / legal / education / healthcare / insurance / banking / training / hotel industry
- Fresh Grads will be considered
- Able to work independently and comfortable with using laptop or mobile phone as work tools.
- Willing to work at your own location at night shift based on US business hours.
Remuneration :
- Paid training allowance
- 5 Days work - 40 hours per week
- Salary is MYR4,800 and above per month
