Job Description
- To oversee daily work activities to mall operation;
- To develop SOP for mall daily operation that in line with company policy;
- To be responsible for mall day to day operation, facility and cleanliness management, security and maintenance activities;
- To implement and monitor hazard control and mall safety practices in line with legal compliance;
- To select contracted services such as cleaning service, security and etc. and monitor performance of the contracted parties;
- To propose preventive maintenance plan, energy management to ensure the mall is kept up to the highest quality standards;
- To maintain good rapport with tenants and business associates for easier coordination;
- To monitor the performance of the team and promote motivation among the team in order to achieve the target set by management;
- To undertake ad-hoc duties related to commercial operation.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in related field;
- Proven track record in handling mall operation in reputed mall;
- Aggressive, proactive, multitasking and able to work independently;
- High problem solving and communication skills;
- Excellent leadership skills.
