The incumbent will have overall responsibility for Compensation and Benefits design and analysis for Singapore and the region. The role will require someone with strong knowledge in designing compensation to drive High Performance as well as designing benefits plans to create a competitive advantage for Talent Attraction.
The successful candidates will have responsibilities to:
- Design a structure of Total Rewards to drive High Performance, Talent Attraction and Retention.
- Manage the design and implementation of salary structures, a competitive pay-mix and a comprehensive benefits scheme.
- Review and harmonize existing Total Rewards Plans across businesses and countries.
- Perform cost benefits analysis and make recommendations as appropriate.
Successful candidates will likely have experience in the full spectrum from designing, harmonizing and implementing a comprehensive Rewards system.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Degree in any Discipline
- Minimum 5 years of solid C&B exposure or involvement in HR Analytics.
Other Essential Attributes:
- Familiar with Mercer/Willis Towers Watson methodologies
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
