Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions including preparation of minutes and board resolutions, preparation of respective forms and documents including Annual Returns to be submitted to Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM"), incorporation of companies etc.
  • To correspond with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters.
  • Update and maintain all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents.
  • Liaise with various government departments and prepare respective documents for application of various licensing.
Who are we looking for:
  • Possess at least a diploma or degree in Business / Accounting / Finance / Secretarial or equivalent; or Professional Certificate in ISCA qualification.
  • Has a good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Additional advantage to those who possess good command of Mandarin as the role may requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Proactive and a good working attitude.
  • A team player.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
