Job Description:
- Report to Senior Accountant (Ops Team Lead) in Malaysia
- Perform book-keeping using Cloud Accounting Technology (QuickBooks Online and Xero)
- Perform payroll processing using cloud payroll solution
- Assist Assistant Manager (Project) in ad hoc data migration, implementation, or other assigned tasks by using cloud accounting technology
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Requirements
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Malaysia Country Manager
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Certificates
- Proficient level in Microsoft Excel
- Practical working experience in using tech accounting solutions such as Xero/ QuickBooks Online will be a plus point, but not a MUST
- Practical Experience in cloud payroll solution will be a plus point, but not a MUST
- Willing to learn and progress with the Group
