Job Description:United States customers call in for customer service. Customer service is unable to communicate in English - only can speak 华语.Your job is to be the 3RD person in the call - you will need to listen to a US customer speak in English, interpret in 华语 so that the 华语 speaking customer service can understand. And the other way too. Until they end their conversation.

• This is a night shift job, full time for a 12 month contract.
• You will have to answer incoming calls and be the interpreter in those calls for 9 hours per night (inc 1 hour break), for 5 nights a week.
• You will get 2 nights off, usually on working nights.
• You will work through weekends and Public Holidays.
