Job Description
- Partner with Site Leadership Team to ensure changes are properly assessed, establish Site Change Plan, and Change Management activities are executed to make change implementation are effective and sustainable.
- Lead Site Cultural activities, which includes HSE, Quality and other transformational initiatives at site level to create a robust corporate culture across the organization.
- Accountable for support, tracking of site change activities and update the status to Site Management on periodical basis.
- Collaborate with change agents to review and update site change action items/site change plan to drive safety, quality, sustainable performance (SQP) culture at the site.
- Partner with Site Leadership Team to assess site's SQP culture maturity level and plan change activities to meet the targeted competency level.
- Ensure appropriate KPI’s, measures and processes are in place to demonstrate the change initiatives deliver sustainable results and creates a SQP culture across the organization.
- Follow up closely with respective areas owner to ensure KPIs in the site’s change management plan are executed accurately and timely.
- Provide training to associates involved in changes to enable them to work together effectively and support the change.
- Ensure lesson learns from change initiatives are documented and used to promote continuous improvement in the change management process.
- Escalate observed change management issues to Leadership Team.
Who we are looking for :
- Degree in Engineering / Science / Management.
- Understand well local organization and good team working skills.
- Ability to continuously improve change management practices.
- Working in multi-cultural working environment .
- Preferable has championed change management skills.
