Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish new business by researching markets, identifying prospects, organizing sales calls, and presenting comprehensive business solutions.
- Recruiting Agency (Consultants) force to the assigned area to expand the market size.
- Set Targets to the Group Mangers and constantly follow up them to achieve the same and adhere the Targets assigned to you
- Product briefing to the newly recruited Agency team and to the new cooperatives and corporates whenever required.
- Maintain business leads and allocate the leads to the appropriate Group Managers.
- Develop positive relationships with customers and agencies.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers and agencies as per the individual needs.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers and agencies in a timely manner.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing plan that raises brand awareness.
- Submission of daily /weekly & Monthly Sales reports.
- Coordinating with Operations department and follow up for the
- Welcome kit to the customers from the assigned area.
- Coordinating and follow up with Claims Department for the members admitted under GHS.
- Conducting events and roadshows for promoting products.
Requirements:
- Preferably from insurance background
- Candidate with relevant experience will be considered for Sales Manager position
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to travel based on business needs
- Possess own transport will be added advantage
