Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and credibility of brands to target audience.
• Supervise all marketing collaterals and communication to maintain consistency in branding.
• To understand and evaluate all media channels, market trends, and consumer insight to ensure the right message is delivered for our brand.
• Keep abreast of marketplace & competitor activity to identify opportunity and gaps in product brand performance
• Act as in-house content creator (audio-visual/ graphics design)
• Ensure timely delivery of content
• Ensure content are creative and well-structured
• To assist Marketing Manager in preparation and analysis of market data, reports, internal sales and marketing reports
• To assist Marketing Manager in the new product development processes

Requirements:
- Candidate need to possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, AutoCad and others.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate marketing and advertisement.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
