Job Description
- jointly responsible with the others managers, executives for the quality obtaining and maintaning the iso 9001 management system
- train engineers/executive for maintenance operations various assign duties and recommend improvements to increase brance efficiency and meet all financial objectives
- monitor all development activities and ensure optimal candidates for branch operatons to ensure quality improvement adn esure issuance of all technicial qoutations to customers
- collaborate with sales team to prepare schedule of branch operations and manage all resources and doorinate with staff to provide support to branch operations
- prepare and maintain all reports for branch such as appraisals
- analyze and mitigate all risks for various issues for branc operations
- develop strategies and maintain effective customers services programs and achieve all customer expectation
- review ISO
- any job assigned by time
