Responsible for attending walk in customer or agents regarding proposal & policy matters and interpret the need or requests of customer and agents by providing accurate information and explanation with regards to service request.
Ensure Branch Operations’ customer services and backroom operation run smoothly & comply with Company’s policies, procedures and regulatory.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries from agency force and policyholders on related transactions
- Perform financial & non-financial alterations at branch level, update template and monitoring
- Attend inbound calls
- Receive payment for new proposal, renewals & issue receipts
- Receive & scan Claims & CS documents for processing
- Back up Data Entry of New Business proposal & verification
- Back up Storage of Regalia and template updating
- Prepare documents to send to Rercords Management Unit at HQ
- Back up of New Business Query Reply Scanning & Claims Document Scanning
- Promoting e-Services towards customers
- Assst walk-in customers on claim submission
- Complying towards company's SOP & guidelines
- Any other ad-hoc assignment given by superior or Branch OIC
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Branch Operations or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
