Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Remuneration: Basic salary plus company benefits (medical and dental)

Job Description:
- Conduct daily visual inspection and monitoring all the machines and take immediate action when found the machine in abnormal running condition
- Anticipate in automation failures / machine breakdown and facilities with improvement proposals and root cause analyse
- Carry out preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance functioning of all the machine
- Prepare requisition to purchase necessary electrical / electronic parts and recommendation based on technical evaluation and judgement.
- Participate in completing risk assessment of the new equipment, and regular updating for the existing equipment, propose necessary improvements based on the risk assessment results
- Provide automation support to any equipment technical modification or installation project, ensure the smooth implementation of the project
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholder by assist in the effective and efficient resolution of automation issues thereby improving all automation at the facility.
- Develop, analyse and review PLC, HMI programs, using functional design specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Have bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or electronics engineering
- Have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in continuous operating plant automation trouble shooting and maintenance
- Familiar with tension control system and PLC control system programming, especially the Siemens / ABB PLC programming experience
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work independently
- Able to think out of the box by innovating, renewing and initiating action for improved at workplace, and implement with determination by setting target and getting results
