Job Description
JOB SCOPE :
To manage and supervise daily operations of warehouse including stock replenishment, receiving, stock keeping, order processing, picking of goods and distribution. To plan warehouse layout and implement warehouse process flow, ensure smooth operations and accuracy of stocks in accordance to SOPs and safety and health requirements.
- To plan, organize and supervise staffs and drivers to accomplish daily tasks as per requirements
- To provide OJT and coaching to staffs for job competency
- To oversee the efficiency of receipt, storage and delivery of goods in accordance to SOP
- To monitor documents flow and proper records are maintained
- To conduct daily or periodical cycle count of stock and submit reconciled reports to Management
- To ensure accuracy of records and stock reports
- To lead staffs towards compliance of SOPs, FIFO and 5 "S" maintenance
- To ensure accuracy of bar coding practices are implemented in warehouse
- To ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Preferably proficiency in Mandarin due to Industry requirements in handling Alcoholic Products
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably candidate specialized in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent with proven Supervisory and Management Skill for bigger size than 20,000 sq ft Warehouses
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Well verse in Warehouse Management Systems and familiar with inventory software
- Committed, hardworking and honest personality
