Job Description
Function of Invoicing & Collection (IC) Team
a. Operate as part of Finance SSC
b. Responsible for the Billing & Settlement end-to-end process
c. Responsible for on-time processing of all billing and settlement requests
d. Ensure accurate posting of receivable transactions to support management and financial reporting needs
e. Responsible to liaise with internal & external stakeholder to resolve any billing & settlement dispute
f. Monitor bank transactions and ensure all incoming transactions are booked timely with adequate proof of payment details
Key responsibilities
a. Ensure accurate and on-time invoice posting and settlement of client invoices
b. Checking the data input in the billing system to ensure accuracy of final invoice & settlement update
c. Provide good quality customer service to internal customers from invoice issuance to settlement status
d. Received incoming payment from various payment method and perform due diligence checking for credibility
e. Perform cash application of customer payments and clearing of associated bank transactions in SAP and ViewPoint
f. Liaise with banks directly to resolve issues as needed
g. Provide support, as needed, to facilitate the on-time completion of internal and external audits, MEC tasks and other adhoc request.

Relevant Experiences
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Fresh graduate is encouraged
Education
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
Computer Skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
- Experience in SAP ECC or SAP HANA system will be an added advantage
Languages
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
