- To be fully in-charge of the smooth daily operations of Johor Bahru Branch.
- Carry out house-keeping exercises in Johor Bahru Branch;
- To organize, plan and control all Company’s resources, facilities provided in achieving Company’s targets;
- Ensure prompt payment/collection from dealers, customers & Government.
- Ensure branch office stock, asset and work tools are safeguard and in proper working condition;
- To establish good communication practices within internal personnel & customer;
- Must lead by example by adhere to all company regulation & direction;
- Build up staff capabilities, working attitude & morale standard;
- Ensure all dateline set by Company & Superior should be uphold.
Sales & Marketing:
- Responsible for Johor Bahru Branch sales target by channel on outboard, parts & all other products.
- Responsible for prospecting, identifying opportunities, building new business relationships and generating revenue in outboard motors, parts and all other products carried by the Company under Johor Bahru Branch territory.
- Develop, negotiate, and close deals the business opportunities.
- Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.
- Responsible for Johor Bahru Branch marketing & promotional plan & activities on all other products.
- Conduct presentation to provide better understanding to potential customer on the products capabilities.
- Responsible to handle dealer & customer inquiries & problems arises in a win-win situation.
- To provide feedback on market situation & propose counter measure strategy.
- To forecast sales & stock availability for all products.
- To establish a good rapport (PR) to strengthen Company relationship with dealer & customer.
- To oversees service & workshop operation (including Technician Management).
- To be fully responsible for the safe and well keeping work tools.
- To fully utilize the technical personnel to satisfy customer in a planned manner.
- To plan & execute service activities for Johor Bahru Branch such as education campaign, 3S service campaign and others.
- Position is based in Taman Desa Jaya, Johor Bahru.
- Minimum a Diploma in any field with 3-4 years of experience in managing a small group of people (Branch operations), dealers management and sales & marketing.
- Travel extensively within Johor is a must.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hardworking with high integrity of honesty and trustworthy.
